Our menu is just about perfect, offering all the old standbys but also showcasing enough unusual dishes to keep epicures interested. Among the servers' recommendations: anything with black-bean sauce, anything Sezchuan, the stir-fried noodle dishes in a choice of two types of noodle, Singapore chow mai fun, and the generous noodle soups, including beef and chicken. Even the dishes marked on the menu as hot aren't exceptionally spicy, so don't be timid. Order the Dim-Sum -- they'll make your knees weak.
